The directory contains all the main categories of thyristors and thyristor modules: silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR), triodes for alternating current (TRIAC), thyristor-thyristor and thyristor-diode modules, controlled bridges - 1-phase and 3-phase.The directory provides two ways to search for thyristors in the database - by parameters and by name.
Search by name is convenient if you have a thyristor (SCR, TRIAC), thyristor module and need find out its type and characteristics.
To do this, you need to type characters from its name, and the table below will immediately display those thyristors or thyristor modules that have this sequence of characters in their names.To search by parameters, first select the appropriate category of thyristors - SCR, TRIAC, thyristor modules.
Then the ranges of values of the necessary parameters for the selected type of thyristors are specified.
Thyristors and thyristor modules that meet the specified parameters will also be displayed in the table below.In both cases, clicking on one of the lines opens a page with a detailed description of the selected thyristor (SCR, TRIAC) or thyristor module.
The description, in addition to the parameters for selection, will contain all the parameters of the thyristor or thyristor module from the reference database.
In addition, a replacement for this thyristor or thyristor module will be offered below - other thyristors or modules, respectively, whose main parameters are not worse or slightly better.
